ALC was established in 2002 with a vision of being a contracting company which will be recognized as one of the pillar companies responsible for Dubai’s Skyline. The main objective of the company was to be recognized for its reliability, quality and diversified range of services. After experiencing several rounds of economic growth in the Dubai real-estate sector, ALC felt the need to support the market with a range of services. Due to the fast-track nature of projects through the design and construction phase we offered our clients services which would assist them with their project requirements such as design & build, procurement and value engineering. This gave the comfort to our clients to trust in us a complete turn key solution within the required budget.
In 2017 ALC was fortunate enough to attract the attention of an International Contracting company named Kele International Holdings who believed in our vision and our abilities and we joined forces in the UAE. Since this new venture we have been successful in growing and expanding our business in numerous high rise projects as well as in specialist commercial and retail projects, high rise buildings, hospitality and medical projects.
